Terms & Conditions

Supreme Coats (Pty) Ltd is a South African painting and waterproofing contractor based in Pretoria East, Gauteng. These Terms govern your use of our services and website at supremecoats.co.za.

Supreme Coats provides interior and exterior painting, roof coatings, waterproofing, kitchen cupboard respraying, and commercial painting and white-boxing services. Services are delivered as described in the accepted quote or work order.

All quotations are valid for 14 days from date of issue. A deposit is required before work commences, as specified in the accepted quote. The balance is payable on completion of work. Payments are due in South African Rand (ZAR). Supreme Coats reserves the right to suspend work if payment terms are not met.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for the duration of the project. You are responsible for removing or protecting furniture, fixtures, and valuables prior to work commencing. Supreme Coats is not liable for damage to items not disclosed or protected prior to commencement.

Workmanship warranties are provided as specified in the accepted quote. Warranties apply to defects arising from the application of materials and do not cover damage caused by substrate failure, settlement cracks, acts of nature, or client-applied products after handover. Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer (Plascon, Dulux, Duram).

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If work has commenced, the client is liable for all materials purchased and labour performed to date. Variations to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.

Supreme Coats' liability is limited to the value of the contract in dispute. Supreme Coats is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-income damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

Supreme Coats may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
